West Byford Primary School warmly welcomes therapists into our school community and deeply values the important contributions they make toward the success and wellbeing of our students. We recognise that their support plays a vital role in enhancing educational outcomes and fostering a positive learning environment for all.
All Therapists must complete the online form prior to visiting our school site. Our Admin staff will liaise with Teaching staff to ensure an appropriate time is scheduled.
All Therapists must provide the below documentation, before visiting school site:
- Current Working with Children check
- NDIS screening or Department of Education screening
- Certificate of currency for Proof of Insurance – Public liability (minimum $20 million) and Professional indemnity (minimum $5 million)
